Where has the summer gone?

This weekend I had the great pleasure of spending some time with my team members. We had a wondeful time at Carol's making CD mini albums. Her site has the pics of all our albums. Ladies let me tell you the "Beau Chateau" DSP is absolutely devine and when coupled with the Side Notes on page 190 of the Ideas Book, the album can be for a friend, wedding or family. Watch my event calendar as I will be offering this class in October, just in time to make an album from photo's taken during the summer weddings you went to or as a special Christmas gift for someone.

Now on to business, I was scolded this weekend by one of my team members, as I haven't posted anything since July. Ok so I've been busy making all sorts of cards and filling orders. Here are some of the cards I've made.

The first set of pictures are cards made for a "Sympathy Card" order I received, 20 cards in all. Thanks to my upline Carol who lent me a few sets. I was able to create 20 different cards using Thoughts and Prayers, Thanks for Caring, Just Believe and a few other bits and pieces from other stamp sets.

I know you probably were expecting all black and white sympathy cards, but I'm a firm believer that some colour has to be added to such a somber moment. As we should mostly be celebrating the life lived.

The two cards in the top right hand corner were done using the bleach technique. Who would have thought that a common product like bleach could produce such beauty?

The Razzleberry card was made with a Gate fold using the two little flowers from the Boho Blossoms punch to keep it closed.

Well that is it for now. Later today I will load the pictures of cards made during our techniques classes and some others.

Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful day!
