Birthday Wishes

Mom has gone back home, so I should be back on a more regular basis. We had a lovely visit and I did manage to get her to make a few more cards before she left. She's not bitten yet, but I'm still working on it.

In the meantime my sister received her copy of My Digital Studio, all I can say is, she couldn't talk to me any more tonight she wanted to go play. She has used several different digital scrapbooking programs but fell in love with MDS immediately when I showed her the features her other programs didn't have. The photo cropping within the program I do believe is my favorite.

Today I made a mixed card, part stamping and part MDS. The front of the card was made with the new Beyond the Garden DSP and the Tangerine Tango emboss powder (from the Summer Mini) as well as a few cordoroy brads, notice the suttle embossed image on the right, that's the new Flower Garden Embossing Folder again from the Summer Mini. The inside was done with MDS (which I am really learning to take advantage of) and a stamp die.
